Delivery & Returns
Orders are sent in eco-friendly mail bags that are fully recyclable and compostable. Very large orders are sent in High-quality boxes made from corrugated material which are reusable and recyclable.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2– 5 working days. During holidays, Summer and Christmas periods, this could take a little longer. If you place an order which you need sending urgently, please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

We ship from our studio in Dubai, UAE and so orders placed to the EU may be subject to customs duties and taxes. We have no power over these charges and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.
THREADWERK DMCC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Cut fabric will not be refunded unless faulty or the description was incorrect. Once a fabric is cut to your desired length and requirements, we cannot resell the item.
We make every effort to provide full details and accurate images for all of our products. If you have any questions about a product please contact us. You can also order a swatch prior to your final purchase.
Gift Certificates have no expiry date and are therefore non-refundable. If you have received one and are unable to use it, it can be transferred to a friend. As every gift certificate has a unique code, your friend can simply use the code given to you upon booking.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your request of refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
