Booking Terms & Conditions


All bookings require a deposit in the value of the first session which is AED 330 for adults courses.  This deposit has to be paid at time of booking. The remaining amount can to be paid at the first session in cash or by credit card. If you would like to pay the deposit or entire course fee by bank transfer, this option is only possible five days prior to the course start date.


Single session workshops have to be fully paid upfront.


Kids & Teens Sewing workshops require a full prepayment at time of booking.

Any discount codes provided are only valid for online bookings.

Bookings close automatically 48 hours prior. Please contact us directly to check if there is still availability and we try our best to book you in.



Please read all class and workshop descriptions to ensure you know what is required, both materials and skill levels.


If you wish to purchase fabric from us for your dressmaking class, you will receive a 20% discount. The discount code is available in your confirmation email.



Bookings are non refundable. If you cannot make a course, please contact us with at least one week notice. You can use the deposit for a future course within 3 months from the date of the cancellation. Any cancellations received 48 hours prior to the course start date or in the event of a no-show, will forfeit the deposit. Alternatively you can give your spot to a friend to attend in your place. Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. This is to be fair to all customers and to allow us to keep my course sizes small with lots of personal attention.


Every class and workshop requires planning, material or tool purchases and it all costs us money. Please support us by understanding our reasons. We know things happen; illness, family emergencies, travel issues, but we want to treat all our customers the same and so the above policy stands for everyone, what ever the circumstance.


If we need to cancel a class for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and issue you a full refund.

For weekday morning classes a minimum of 2 participants have to come together. For evening and weekend classes a minimum of 3 participants have to come together. We reserve the right to cancel the course or workshop in the event that the minimum number is not booked.



If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to a class, you cannot participate. Lateness delays not only your own learning, but everyone else's. Please try your best to arrive on time so you can enjoy your creative workshop. All classes start promptly. No store credit or refund will be given if you turn up late.



Our liability is only for the cost of the class. If the class is cancelled students are liable for any costs incurred including materials purchased in advance, travel or accommodation. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst you are in the class and on our premises.


We reserve the right to change our pricing as well as the booking policy at any time. Prices are current at the time of booking. We cannot issue a refund or gift voucher for any class booked outside an offer or sale.


Under no circumstances may you use any of the class instructions, designs, photographs or materials from our workshops for your own teaching or business.
